A Season of Great Gratitude

There is so much gratitude to be expressed this season, celebrating the harvest of all your good intentions and transformational work.  I have so many beautiful people in my life that I would love to acknowledge:

Thank you Lauren Schacher, our talented apprentice for Goda Yoga's Fall 2012 Teacher Training!

Thank you Maitri, for the lovely write up of my class at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement:

Thank you David Carroll, of BlissFactoryMusic.com for playing live for my Sunset Soul Flow Fridays at Exhale.

Mad love and respect to the JahSuns for their shamanistic vision and deep work through sound healing and vibration.  I feel blessed to know them and to have had them play live for many of my classes over the past few weeks.  http://www.facebook.com/JahSuns?fref=ts

Another shout out to Molly Nourmand of Alignyo for featuring our Teacher Training Modules this fall at Goda Yoga:

I couldn't do a lot of the work I do without the support of friend and colleague Claudia Fucigna Townley, she is such an inspiration to work with.  And of course, the sheer joy and delight that my baby boy Vincent brings into my life!

I am always amazed at how many people reach out and contact me, from literally around the world, through Yogis Anonymous in Santa Monica.  The work Ally Hamilton and Dorian Cheah are doing there to share the love of yoga, and live streaming practices world wide is truly astounding.  Check out their site now if you haven't:

Ommm, at last, but certainly not least,  my utmost gratitude for my extremely talented, dearly beloved husband Joe Cariati!!! His work with the elements of fire and silica are out of this world, and his virgo attention to detail transcends every area of our lives.  What an artist, a father, and friend.  http://joecariati.com/
