Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya!

"Om and salutations to the indwelling one, substance of the divine." As you can see, I am in full bloom, and this mantra has become ever so significant!  I will be teaching all of my regular classes posted here through June, or until further notice.  In October I will be back in action leading the Pure Yoga Teacher Training at Equinox with my dear friend Claudia Fucigna.
