Clear out what no longer serves you to make space for something new!  A detoxifying and intention filled workshop incorporating kundalini and flowing vinyasa yoga.  We will start the practice by creating our own individual Sankalpah for the new year, then work our way through a creative flowing sequence of poses, building the fire of transformation and purification from within.  Meditation and mantra will conclude the practice, preparing you for a most auspicious new year!  

*Some yoga experience recommended but open to all levels.

In a freestyle format and comfortable atmosphere we will delve into your questions, or any aspects of the practice you find confusing. Topics range from asanas to philosophy to injury. Why can’t I hold a handstand? What do I do to improve flexibility? What’s a good pose for headaches? Are my arms correct for headstand? My shoulder always hurts when I…. We all have questions like these, this workshop is an opportunity to CLARIFY them and GROW!
