"Om and salutations to the indwelling one, substance of the divine." As you can see, I am in full bloom, and this mantra has become ever so significant!  I will be teaching all of my regular classes posted here through June, or until further notice.  In October I will be back in action leading the Pure Yoga Teacher Training at Equinox with my dear friend Claudia Fucigna. Clear out what no longer serves you to make space for something new!  A detoxifying and intention filled workshop incorporating kundalini and flowing vinyasa yoga.  We will start the practice by creating our own individual Sankalpah for the new year, then work our way through a creative flowing sequence of poses, building the fire of transformation and purification from within.  Meditation and mantra will conclude the practice, preparing you for a most auspicious new year!
