After the most transformational three months of my life I am now emerging from my cosmic cave and ready to share again with you beloved yogis. I will be starting back with a lighter class schedule while the PURE Yoga Teacher Training I am co-teaching with Claudia Fucigna is in session.
A wise woman once told me that when you give birth you are able to re-birth yourself, well, I sure feel like I am certainly discovering a whole new aspect of myself and new depths to loving.
