Here's to enjoying your summer, enjoying your beautiful lives, and enjoying each other!

Namaste extended yoga family!

This fall Claudia Fucigna and I will be leading the Yoga Alliance approved 200 Hour Teacher Training at Goda Yoga, in the heart of downtown Culver City, CA.  The training consists of 14 weekends beginning Saturday, Sept. 8th and ending Sunday, December 16th, excluding Thanksgiving weekend.  The training is $2,850 until August 1st, and $3,000 after.  We have invited a great line up of expert instructors to make this the most well-rounded training possible.

In addition to the full 200 Hour certification we are offering up modules of the training to the public as intensive workshops that can be used for continuing education credits towards your Yoga Alliance registration, or to deepen your experience and understanding of the vastness of the yoga practice.  Each 2 hour workshop is $40, while the 3 hour workshops are $50.  The entire Anatomy Weekend with Ellen Heed is a $350 investment.  The schedule is as follows:

Sunday 9/16: 7-9pm Psychology & Healing Aspects of Yoga with Cheryl Moss

Saturday 9/22: 6-8pm The Eight Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga with Claudia Fucigna & Kate Duyn Cariati
